Our services are centered around the unique needs, preferences, strengths, and goals of each individual.
COMMUNITY-BASED SUPPORT
We support individuals as they participate in activities and experiences within their communities. Our goal is to encourage meaningful participation, social connection, and opportunities to develop independence.
DAILY LIVING & LIFE SKILLS
We help individuals practice skills that can support greater independence in everyday life, including personal routines, organization, communication, decision-making, and other appropriate daily living activities.
INDEPENDENCE & PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
We encourage individuals to develop confidence, make choices, express their preferences, and work toward individualized personal goals.
COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION
We promote opportunities for individuals to participate in community activities, recreational experiences, educational opportunities, and other meaningful activities based on their interests and goals.
SOCIAL & RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES
We encourage individuals to explore hobbies, interests, social activities, and recreational experiences that promote connection, confidence, and quality of life.
COMMUNICATION & SELF-ADVOCACY SUPPORT
We encourage individuals to express their wants, needs, choices, and preferences using communication methods and supports appropriate to the individual.
INDIVIDUALIZED GOAL SUPPORT
We work with individuals, families, and appropriate support teams to encourage progress toward identified goals and promote meaningful participation in daily activities and the community.
FAMILY SUPPORT & COORDINATION
We recognize that families and caregivers are important members of an individual's support system. We strive to maintain respectful communication and collaboration with families and appropriate professionals.
